Copywriting reading

Seeing as I’ll be applying to AWARD school next year, thought I’d get a leg up on the competition and order ‘Copywriting. Successful writing for design, advertising and marketing’, and it came!

And after reading only a few pages, I already feel smarter, craftier and more motivated… to stay in bed and read the rest of it.

One of my highlights so far, an interview with Steve Manning, the seemingly punk kid of the brand naming world. If you like reading the history of some well known brandnames, his blog tells a few great stories.

Incidentally, I’m also enjoying my new mat from ikea (pictured).
